The objective of our royalty engagements is to evaluate whether royalty lessees, licensees and/or their assigned agents made payments to you or your company and whether those payments were properly calculated. The management and oversight of valuation, reporting, and payment of royalties can be complex.

Often payments simply reflect minimal information and summarized payments with little support. Many times, requests for additional data and support fall short or go unanswered altogether.

AMS-PAR's staff have the requisite skills to perform an in-depth analysis of distributions to determine if the revenue generated from your assets or intellectual property was paid and if that payment was calculated in compliance with your agreement.  We will identify payment errors and recommend improvements in procedures to avoid such errors in the future.
